Hi Nikhil,
Great suggestion/ Currently you can sort of do this already, with the limitation of being the last question in a section.
If your last question is the one you would be basing logic on, you have that question say "If selected X, skip to section Y" effectively skipping the URL Redirect section.
Does this solve for your current need?

Eric Holmes: I tried creating a select question (outside the idea split and within the idea split as the last question in the section) to base logic to direct to a link but the redirect links were not available as an option to skip to.
